Shipping policy

We sell and deliver only to private individuals via our website. If you are a business customer, please contact our customer service at info@tomtebod.se

The shipping cost is currently 59 SEK within Sweden, 199 SEK within the EU, and 350 SEK to the USA. Customs fees apply for deliveries outside the EU.

The goods are normally shipped within 2 working days and the delivery time is usually 1-3 working days within Sweden.

We only deliver to Sweden, countries within the EU, and a few countries outside the EU.

In case of delivery delays exceeding 14 days, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
